	PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL
1	Check Availability – Click here. Remember, six people max.	Any time before you are ready to book your rental - Note: Availability is subject to change before you LOCK your reservation.
2	Review Rental DRAFT Paperwork Click here and Make REQUEST – Click here	Anytime 24 hrs prior to your booking
3	Receive Rental Agreement and Addendum Pay 20% RESERVATION charge – Click here Send back completed Rental Agreement to us	Within 24 hrs after receiving paper work from us.
4	Review Operational procedures and perform check out ride Once you PASS the CHECK OUT ride, the Vessel will be turned over to you. At this point, we CHARGE your CREDIT CARD for the EXPECTED amount of your Rental (the 80% remaining). We also place a $500 HOLD to account for any potential damage that might occur. At our option, we may combine the movement of the vessel with the check out ride, if we feel it will give you more exposure to the vessel and waterways.	On or before the night prior to your rental start, we will move the Vessel to your rental home and have scheduled a mutually suitable time – usually the evening before – for your check out ride.
	DURING YOUR RENTAL
1	Servicing of vessel by our staff – At our option, we come to your location NIGHTLY, this is your chance to make us aware of any items that may need attention. YOU need to notify us if you are experiencing any operational issues with the Vessel. You are RESPONSIBLE for daily cleaning of the vessel, we "Service" it only!!!. Service DOES NOT include fuel. 	SETTLEMENT and CLOSEOUT	Last Night or following day
1	Fuel charge is calculated - Topped off when you receive the boat and then again when you are finished. You pay AS AGREED Rate per gallon - or you can FUEL yourself at local marinas.
2	Keys returned - We take keys and secure them. We take vessel an move it.
3	Operational review of systems and inventory - We check the boat out to ensure it is being returned with no damage and complete as provided to you.
4	Settlement of usage charges to your Credit Card (damage, missing, refill). This is generally the difference between the Advance Charge Estimate and Actual Usage. Usually this is Fuel Gallons added. You approve the final charge.
