We want you to know how much we appreciate your business and hopefully your friendship.  I hope it is clear, from looking at www.marcomagic.com, and for those of you that have stayed with us before, that we treat providing the finest in vacation rental properties very seriously.  Its a passion for us, not a hobby!  

The bottom line is we want you to be happy and we want you back.  Its that simple!  So here is what we offer to encourage you to come visit us and to keep staying with us in the future.  

Remember, its because we own our homes, and we have several of them, that we can offer such a wonderful program to reward our guests.  Trust Me - You will NOT see ANY Property Management company, or other "By Owner" offering a similar program. 

Repeat Guests: (GAP) Guest Appreciation Program *

1. Repeat Guest Discounts (effective 11/05/04) Discounts off the normal WEEKLY rate in effect.   Depending on your stay history and time of your pending visit, the discount can be as high as 20% of the NORMAL rate in effect (generally 5% in season).  The Discount is for Sat to Sat - Non Holiday or Spring Break week stays only!!!

2. 50% off -  Last Minute Extensions - If within 7 days of your DEPARTURE DATE, you want to EXTEND your stay, and we have a home available, we will rent it to you at 50% off the normal rate (for ANY of our homes).  First Come, First Serve.  This is great for people that decide the love it here and wished they could stay longer!!!

3. Repeat Guest's Friends - Enjoy a 5% discount when they stay with us and use your name as a reference.  The Discount is for Sat to Sat - Non Holiday / Spring Break week stays only!!!

4. Express reservations - Simply send us an email with your dates (forget the form) and we will send back your confirmation if they are available.  No rushing to get a check in the mail, or worrying about if you "really" have a confirmed place to stay.   As we take Visa/Mastercard, you can generally LOCK your reservation within hours of your REQUEST if you so desire.

5. Over 50% off on Select Weeks - At various times during the year we NOTIFY those individuals that have stayed with us before that select weeks are available and the Discount being offered...often over 50% in some cases.   These notices ONLY go to guests that have stayed with us before.  Requests for these weeks are taken on a "First Come - First Serve" basis.  

6. Select weeks offered for FREE! - For those guests that make our home their "Home away from home", meaning they have stayed with us over 29 days total, we will be offering several weeks during the year in several of our homes for free (except the cleaning cost and estimated tax). Periodically a notice will be sent with the dates/homes that are "REWARDS" and we will fill those open weeks on a "Most Days stayed, then First Come - First Serve" basis.  You will be notified at the time of your REQUEST if you were the first to "Lock" the free week.   Note:  We pick the weeks, homes and offer date.   Those individuals ACCEPTING the offer agree to have their name and email published for promotional reasons in this section of www.marcomagic.com.

7.  All Guests - All the benefits of the "All Guests" program defined below

All Guests

1. Early Check in  - In the event you want to check in before the normal check in time, we will accommodate you at our discretion, given there is no one leaving the day of your arrival.  Please request this as soon as you become aware of the need.

2. Late Check out - In the event you want to check out later then the normal time, we will accommodate you at our discretion, given there is no one arriving the day of your departure.  Please request this as soon as you become aware of the need.

3. House Preparation - We start the pool heater and the AC the day before your stay.  That way our home is comfortable when you arrive. 

4. Food Purchase Option - Arriving late? We can, for an hourly rate of 20.00 (1 hour minimum) purchase you supplies and have the house stocked when you arrive.  You simply pay us for the food and time we spend purchasing it for you.  This option is great if you are arriving after the supermarkets close and don't want to wait for the next day.  Email us if you want to use this option. 

5. Upgrades - Guest's of Seacrest Only - If, 3 days prior to your arrival, Royalty is AVAILABLE, we may, upon your request, upgrade you to Royalty for 1/2 the Price Difference between the NORMAL Seacrest Rate and the NORMAL Royalty Rate.  Email us for Details and a quote.  Additional $100 cleaning fee will apply.
