The process by which you rent one of our homes is a simple one.  There are only seven steps and we do three of them for you.  Not bad....Four steps to be in a beautiful home,  in what might be the last paradise!   Remember, we only rent to small, QUIET, family groups (2 or less families).

  1. Checked the rental AVAILABILITY and RATES for the home you want.  Also check the "Extras" Section at the bottom of the rates to see if any additional (Holiday, Extra People, etc.) charges apply to your stay.

  2.  You will need to send us some information. Please -CLICK- on the home of your choice below to launch a form that will help you through the request process.  

Attention:  Please DO NOT make a REQUEST unless you are sure you are ready to proceed.  Like with the Airlines, you will have 24 hours  to make a deposit payment via a Credit Card once we send you the Rental Confirmation and Agreement

    Also -  Please review the Rental Agreement before you fill out the RENTAL REQUEST form. And remember no pets are allowed as we are allergic and ALL our homes are Smoke Free.

  1. We will, within 24 hours, send you an EMAIL information packet which includes.

Rental agreement for you to complete

  1. You need to - upon receipt of the rental confirmation and agreement:

Print the rental agreement

bullet

Review the rental agreement and keep one copy for yourself

Sign the second copy and return it to us

bullet

Make payment via Credit Card for the deposit 

bullet

Provide us a copy of your drivers license

NOTE:  Please return the rental agreement and payment to us VIA FAX As Soon As Possible,  We must receive them within 1 day (24 hrs) from the date you receive the rental agreement.  In the event you are late your HOLD on the property will be RELEASED, and we will proceed to OPEN the property for rental to other parties.

Note:  We use a SECURED FAX in a controlled room, so your Credit Card Form is ONLY available to US (not the general public).

  1. We will, with 24 hours of receipt of your payment and rental agreement (its usually more like a few hours), issue a  Confirmation that lets you know we have received and processed your rental agreement and payment and that YOUR RESERVATION IS LOCKED!!!

  2. You need to issue Final Payment (for the balance) at least 30 days prior to occupancy. 

Please send -TWO- payments for the BALANCE:

One for the Refundable, $500.00 security

If paying by Check

Send both checks together to the same address as the initial payment.

Mark the 1/2 payment as "Balance on confirmation #".

Mark the $500.00 security check as "Refundable Security on confirmation #".

  1. We will, within 24 hours of receipt of your final payment, send you an Email to confirm we received your payment and provides full access instructions for the home and every other detail you could possibly need.
