enter: simply complete our "Instant
Inquiry" form. Limit one entry per person. Online entrants subject to all online entry notices posted at web site including but not limited to Privacy Policy. Online entries are deemed to be made by authorized account holder of e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible or mutilated entries are automatically disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for telephone and computer software or hardware equipment malfunction or for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, damaged, altered, illegible or postage due entries.
PRIZE AWARD: On August 1st, we will
determine the Winner and Property at random. At that time the winner
will be notified and be able to pick the week from our available weeks for that
property. In the event the winner does not want any of the available
weeks, then they forfeit the prize. We will post the winner, home and week
on the "Winners" section of this site. Your email address
MUST be active with us for you to win. Winner is required to pay
applicable taxes and $75.00 dollar cleaning fee.

You have not yet won. The drawing is to award a 1-week stay (Lodging

six people in one of our Marco Island vacation properties (estimated retail value
$1,500) during an off season week, (Sep-Nov, Saturday to Saturday, No

Winner will be notified by email & will be required to sign & return an Affidavit of
Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of date printed on notification or s/he will be disqualified & an alternate selected at random. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate WINNER at random. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. Sponsor has right to substitute prize if unavailable. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
