Why? you might ask
If you have ever looked for a "By Owner" or "Property Managed" Vacation Property on the Web, you know how hard it is to determine if a property is AVAILABLE. frequently you need to email or call the owner. Then, you may not hear back for days!!! Is it taken? Is the owner out of town for the week? Who Knows?
When I created www.marcomagic.com and added features like "Instant Availability" I realized that many people would simply leave our site, if our homes were NOT available for the period they wanted. This was a "Trade Off" I accepted, in favor of not wasting peoples time letting them inquire on homes that Were NOT available for them.
As our homes became more and more popular, this has become an even greater challenge. As these people NEVER put in an inquiry, because they knew the home was not available, they lost out on any future specials that we offered as well as any reminders about coming back and renting one of our homes the next year.
Frankly, this is unacceptable to me! There had to be a way to motivate an interested party to spend a minute to get on our mailing list, even though our home was not available for when they wanted it........Welcome to "WIN A FREE WEEK".
