This drawing is not intended to be to scale, simply to reflect the room layout of this massive 3400 Sq Ft (under air). Sleeping arrangements are scaleable up to a 6 bed, 4 1/2 bath home. The BASE Configuration rated in the rate section provides for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home. Each bedroom in this configuration can have a private suite with a bathroom if you choose to do so.
* All bedroom configurations above 4 provide the 1/2 bathroom on
the main floor
* Any size party BELOW the Mandated size party for a bedroom configuration can
request the Additional bedrooms (for the Base charge of that configuration)
* Layouts provided under each configuration are provided below. We lock
off the rooms indicated in RED in the diagrams below.
