Seacrest is located on the corner of Landmark St. and Maple Ct, about 4 blocks from the Marriott and is conveniently situated in the vicinity of the Hilton and many of Marco's finest Luxury Residences. Sitting on Landmark Waterway (one of the biggest open water areas on Marco), Seacrest affords great opportunities to enjoy the view, take in some dock fishing or see the odd dolphin family.
Seacrest was built by US Homes and the construction was first rate. The home has high ceilings in every room and the layout (click) is grand, flowing and spacious. On 10/1/06 we painted the inside and tiled the entire house (although some of the photos may still show the old carpet). Central A/C, which can be controlled in every room (via Duct adjustments) is STANDARD! Also, ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans in them for enjoyment of the islands tropical breezes.
New 2008: Upgrades - CONFIRMED Guest's of Seacrest Only - If, 3 days prior to your arrival, Royalty (our 6 bedroom home) is AVAILABLE, we may, upon YOUR request, upgrade you to Royalty for 1/2 the Price Difference between the NORMAL Seacrest Rate and the NORMAL Royalty Rate. The home is furnished and decorated with "High End" furniture and state-of-the-art amenities.

Undoubtedly, one very attractive feature of Seacrest is its proximity to the Best Marco has to offer to tourists. The photo below was taken from the corner of Landmark St. and Maple (our corner), You can see how close Collier Blvd is. We are located right down the block from the Marriott and access to shopping and fine dining that goes with it.
Where is the beach? Simply cross Collier at Maple and walk on to the Right of the Maderia using the brand new (Nov 2007) public access. By my pace you can leave the front door and be touching the water in approx 6 minutes. Best of all, you arrive at the beach right next to the Marriott, so you know it is a world class beach.

Beach Access - located 3 blocks from Seacrest
Seacrest sits on a lushly, tropically landscaped, over sized corner property (160 ft - vs the normal 80 ft for most homes on Marco). There is a huge side lawn for those days when you want to have the children close to home while you sit by the pool or enjoy a quiet day around the house. The side yard sits on a short cul-de-sac providing additional "Safe" area for the children to bike ride in.

We think the view from the back Lanai is nothing short of spectacular.
Seacrest is situated on the end of a waterway facing east toward Landmark
waterway. We estimate it to be a 10-15 "No Wake" minute ride by boat to
the open waters of the Gulf and tropical sunsets and frolicking dolphins that
Marco is famous for. And best of all, you come out by Cape Marco at
the south end of the island....

Added 8/26 is our 30ft Dream Dock. No splinters included!!! The dock is made of a plastic material that has NO wood in it. It has tie-ups for your boat, a retractable ladder and a fish cleaning station. We supply the fishing poles!!!
Facilities include:
- 12,000LB Boat Lift with Wireless remote
control (Check for availability)
- 30 ft of ties up space on one side of the dock for your
personal boat
- Dock electric
- Fish cleaning station with water supply

And of course there is the large, heated (NOT SOLAR) swimming pool (5 1/2 ft. deep tapering to 3 1/2 ft.) . Covered in the winter, so we can keep it warm for you, and situated on an oversized Lanai, its the perfect place to relax at the waters edge and enjoy the view. The Lanai has its own small refrigerator so you can keep cool drinks and snacks close at hand. There are loungers for 4 people and table seating for 8 at the tables. Two ceiling fans and Lanai audio are also present.
With Seacrests Lanai facing to the East, you have the most fantastic sunrises and best of all, we get sun for most of the day as the sun makes its way over the Lanai heading east to west. Also, there is a portion of the lanai that gets sun ALL day, as it is not blocked at any time by the house. We have positioned two of the lounge chairs at this location.
We are quite proud of the Spa we now have to offer. It is
a six person, 7'8" x 7'8" Top of the Line - Leisure Bay.
It includes a waterfall and mood lighting. It is always warm so you
never need to wait for it to come to temperature. Now you can relax in the
shade and look for dolphins in the waterway while the 37 soothing jets pulse
away the days cares.
One of the really "cool" things about Seacrest, is
that there are so many sliding doors and expansive windows that open up onto the
Lanai. Its really easy to enjoy the long water view from any of the common
rooms of the home.
The Living Room opens up to the pool area with fully retracting
8' sliding doors. Many of the common areas like the Family Room and Living
Room have wall to wall carpet.
The Contemporary Formal Dining room seats 6 (four shown here). It is
adjacent to the kitchen, yet private enough to keep "Cooking" noise to a
minimum.

The kitchen in Seacrest is clearly designed for the cooks in the family. It boasts a huge pantry, way more cabinets then we could possibly fill and "Premium" appliances including Micro Wave, Dish Washer, Garbage Disposal and Refrigerator. The counters and breakfast bar are made of Coran for easy cleanup and care. We loved the fact that you can see any activities going on in the pool (through the nook's window) and in the family room.
Adjacent to the breakfast bar is a nook, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to sit and enjoy meals in a more casual setting than the formal dining area. Between the breakfast bar and the nook, you can seat 7 (six shown here).
The Family room (where we spend our time inside) has a really cooooool family
entertainment system. The 36" Television is a Sony, connected to a
DVD player and home theater system with Digital Surround sound. ***NEW***
12/31/2007 - We have just REPLACED the Sony with a 46" Flat Panel TV and
upgraded entertainment system - Expect a really incredible Home Theater
Experience. Photos to be posted shortly.
There are 5 speakers total that create the home theater experience (and as my 8
year old son says "it ROCKS"). You can also listen to CDs and
AM/FM radio through the audio component of the system. Also, there is an
MP3/IPOD Adaptor cable which will allow you to play your own music. The leather couch
turns into a queen sleeper bed and there is a ceiling fan overhead for your
comfort.

The Master
Bedroom suite (we call it the Athens Room) is exactly what you would expect in a
home of this grandeur. There is a 30" Sony XBR TV with matching DVD Player (and
yes we supply the DVD's). There are wireless headphones so one person can
sleep while the other watches the TV. Also, there is a personal Audio system with
CD/Tape and AM/FM Tuner. We have also provided an MP3/IPOD
interface cable in this room to allow integration of your personal MP3/IPOD.
The Bathroom boasts twin sinks which are inlaid on a cultured marble counter
with a massive mirror set behind the vanity. There is a soaking tub and separate
shower. The toilet, located in a separate room set to the right side of
the shower, allows couples to make use of the master bathroom at the same time
without surrendering any privacy.

The Rome room (we call it this because the decor reminds us of Italy) offers a queen size bed, home
computer system w/always on high speed internet access, 17" flat
panel monitor, Fax-Multi Function
center and TV/DVD entertainment system. Ceiling fan, Alarm Clock and
Telephone are also present.



The
Cairo room (It has a sultry Arabian Nights feel to it!) offers two twin beds and
a personal entertainment system that includes a
TV/VCR and a Nintendo Game Cube (with a few of our select games from our own
collection). Ceiling fan, Alarm Clock and Telephone are also present.


And
of course Sea
Crest includes a High Capacity Washer and Dryer which is located near the
entrance way to the garage and adjacent to the kitchen. As is typical in
our home, storage and cabinet space abounds. The pass through the
Laundry room from the garage allows you to keep any beach remnants as far from
the inside of the home as possible.
